Why?
Why does it take so long for phpbb3 to be released and if it's not finished yet why is this forum here?

Because the evil gremlin overlords are forcing the phpBB group to put it here
Only kidding, its not taken long, long is a word used when there was a timeframe put on the development time, since there wasnt a development time, how can it be long?
BTW, you will only recieve flaming and sarcastic comments from these kinds of threads, I suggest that you lock this one yourself before any more come along and into the party...
