Re: Release date?
Yeah, it's no wonder it's been oft-delayed.SamG wrote: "1.5 developers" is just a figure of speech. It meant more before the recent development team roster prune because it focused on the active number of developers versus the apparent size of the team.
As a figure of speech, it also points out that nobody codes phpBB full time anymore.
The whole idea was and is to say that the team of active developers isn't a big as some people think it is. phpBB is a very large project (a non-trivial script package, two websites, support, etc.) handled by a relatively small number of active people.
The only person actively making new commits right now is AcydBurn...

Wow. You, sir, are an idiot. You apparently are unable to read simple, clear, and concise statements that answer your question to the best of anyone's ability at the moment. But don't let that stop you from calling anyone you dislike a fanboy. Go ahead and use that crutch, hope it makes you feel better about yourself.Jayce wrote: Yup.. figures.. Fanboys
Theres nothing wrong with asking for a new guesstimate after this amount of time.
Re: Release date?
This is garbage..... I've put off my site upgrade too long waiting for this software to come out... I'm moving to vBulletin.... good luck with the vaporware...
Re: Release date?
