What are the chances of getting phpBB 3 out by the end of the year? (this is for members only, not asking for release date)

Speculation on this topic is strongly discouraged, such that threads have been locked over it. Posts that are left alone are sometimes misconstrued, and in some minds the words in the post become fact, which then leads to griping if the product is not released by that time they have fixed in their minds.

beta will most likely be out this year, full release probably not
