Looks like it, but I really don't think sarcasm is welcome here

It might be a good idea to find out what words mean before using them?

And it might be an idea for you to think before you post as well.

There really is no need for a post every time that there is a checkin. Were there going to be a new release, it would have been obvious - this is simply a collection of bugfixes that will be included whenever the next release is made.

I really wonder at times. People complain that the developers don't commit things to CVS and then they make stupid comments when something is commited.

Graham is maybe right...
I am still a newbie here. So I don't really know what a "checkin" means.
Maybe something connected with this:
Download [ 0.04 KB]

Anyway...
I just want to say that an upgrade of 2.0.13 is really a good thing!
I am not a coder ofcourse. Not an expert at all. But I love to search and read. So these days I am reading a lots of stuff about exploits /Oh! I hate this word!/ in 2.0.13
A part of them are maybe fake. But anyway, an upgrade is needed.
About 3.0 - I really don't think a Beta will be released soon. But that's OK. The devs need a lots of time for making a fine product. And asuming the fact that people are using 2.0.x - Its security is more important than 3.0 developing at the moment I think.

A checkin means a developper has made a change to the code and submitted it to the CVS simply said

So where I can read about these checkins?
I mean should I download the newest CVS and look for them?
Or there is a place /web site/ where I can read about them?

I am really interested in developing of 2.0.14 version

Edit:

Call me stupid but when I visit the CVS page there are new packages almost every hour.
So if a "checkin" means some change in the code and it is so important, interesting and there is even a whole topic about it... Then why these packages on the CVS page are changing almost every hour.
I mean there are obviously no changes in them. If there were changes in every package update, this would be a "checkin"... And this would be a new joy, happiness and new topic on every hour...

Are there any changes in every new package? And if not, there are no "checkins" and why it is updated every hour?

I presume the_dan is refering to the email checkins you get which give you exact changes to the script.
