phpbb-website bugs fixing

I was trying to clone and setup phpbb-website. So I went through the guidelines under "https://github.com/YasaraPeiris/phpbb-website". But from the commands only one database was created. No php_local database was created. It would be really appreciated if someone could help me with this.
