Help to find a good place in notifications to place events for f_brunoais_read_other

As part of the events for f_brunoais_read_other, I have to add events in the notifications such that I can apply that permission.

As requirements for the permission, If the user has f_read on the forum, he may not have f_brunoais_read_other. Not having f_brunoais_read_other, means that the user may only read and know that they exist for the topics he started himself.

So, in order to make such evaluation, it needs to calculate f_brunoais_read_other on the forum in question and, if some do not pass the permission, it needs to know if that some is the one that started the topic.

Any clues?

I guess I'm confused here. Why would I need a notification other than the standard ones? If somebody quotes or replies to me, they obviously were not restricted from seeing my topic. What am I missing?
