3.1 notifications somewhat difficult to read

There was a problem with A51 caching, so it wasn't working before. About the L_COLON thing... I honestly just forgot it. But there are multiple instances where this could/should be changed. We can have a ticket/PR just for this issue before release.

I think it will be good if you move that date and time information on the left side.

The only problem I see with the notification is that there is no way to dismiss them from the list once you red them. Is this a bug or meant to work like that?
