Releasing 3.1.0-b2

I tried this https://download.phpbb.com/pub/release/ ... 1.0-b2.zip just now and this https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtop ... &t=2233926 problem is still there. not sure if this was suppose to be fixed in this beta or not?

i'll try again later but when I entered something in location it went to the updated page and back then it was blank it works on here though?
also tried aol and wlm

Prosk8er it will be fixed with https://github.com/phpbb/phpbb/pull/2215/files
but that will have to wait for b3
