With updating from A3 to B1 got a message load_cpf_pm not found and stops db update.
Manual adding load_cpf_pm to config table continues the db update.

This is really exciting!

I was wondering, since we're in the path for a beta release is there any plans for a new theme or Prosilver redesign for 3.1?
Slightly better English than it was in 2005, still improving :D

Will there be any more changes or it is safe to upgrade now?

If you mean upgrading your live board to 3.1 that is currently not recommended and you will receive very limited support. As per the announcement:
naderman wrote:Support Status
This beta release is not intended for use in a production environment and only very-limited support will be offered with the express purpose of identifying bugs. As has always been the case, no assistance will be offered for updating from any beta release. Please do not ignore this warning.
