it seems their is a BOM in the files you edited.which editor did u use.
The Mod you are using is outdated.

:O Great I Used Notepad How Casn I Fix This Error I Forgot To make A Backup Cause The Last Mod I Installed Went Fine And I Dont know How To Make A Backup Please help ME!!!

Use notepad++ instead on a new copy of that file

Yes or I wouldn't have suggested it.

If you don't have an unedited version of that file, make sure there are no lines or spaces before the very first < character of that file.
