bbcode.html missing?

Post by yexusbeliever »

This is probably a problem with my server host upgrading scripts from mysql 4 to mysql 5, because this problem occur just recently during the day they announced their planned-day of upgrading. However I discuss with them and they said that it is probably the phpBB3 script.

The problem is that when a user click to go onto a topic thread, it gives this error page:
General Error
The file ./styles/prosilver /template/bbcode.html is missing.
Please notify the board administrator or webmaster: community@site.org
I check the bbcode.html has not been modified or missing. It's there and just to make sure I even upload the same file to replace it. The problem still occurs.

Only mods installed:
acp_add_user 1.0.0
mini_quick_reply 1.0.0

Server info:
PHP 5.2.8
Mysql 5.0.67

Any idea the source of problem? Any help please?
hmm....

Sorry new error.

I notice that within the Admin Control Panel, it states that mysql version is still 4. So I purge the cache and now have another problem. Just going to the forum I get this problem:
General Error
template->_tpl_load_file(): File ./styles/prosilver /template/index_body.html does not exist or is empty
Please notify the board administrator or webmaster: community@site.org
The forum link is http://www.yexus.org/forum/

My discovery is that the problem lies in the Prosilver Special Edition theme. When I switch it back to the regular Prosilver theme, there's no problem.
hmm....

Why is there a space after "prosilver" folder name?

There's no space when I look at it via ftp and webhost control panel, however on that error page there shows a space. So I don't know.
