How To Upload New Forum Style

Hello I am new to all of this, My hosting site is godaddy.com and I have phpBB3 installed already, I have prosilver and another prosilver default style but HOW to actually upload a new style is confusing me, any ideas as to HOW to do this and then HOW to actually edit the html code?

Like where would I find the code? Is it in my hosting account files and I just need to find the correct file?

Do you have the free godaddy hosting or the paid?

You need to get the FTP information for the site.
Connect and find the forum folder (usually in public_html or www or htdocs)
In there is the styles folder.
Upload the decompressed style to there
Admin panel>styles>install.
