Where In ACP Do I Find Ban Information?

I am starting to see more SPAM registrants to my forum. I no longer allow automated sign ups, instead doing all registration through ADMIN approval first.

I notice several registration attempts from the same eMail.

Where in the ACP do I find the info to ban certain eMail addresses?

Also, where do I find the link/info to ban certain IP's?

Learning this new ACP is like looking for a needle in a stack of... needles. LOL!
