Why do I not have avatars in my gallery? All I have is an page link of some sort...but no avatars in my image gallery???

Have you actually go images inside subfolders inside the avatar/gallery folder?

no...just index...this is also a newly updated version..... to 3.0.4 from 3.0.1..am I suppose to load my own avatars to this folder or something???

just index? I am sorry I do not fully understand what you mean, can you give a screen shot of what the problem is. To have gallery avatar images you need to upload the avatar images into subfolders inside the avatar/gallery folder and then they automatically show when you view the avatar gallery page.

k..that answers my question...figured I could load them up, but had none there right now..... all I had was an index.htm file under avatars/gallery (avatars/gallery/index.htm) Any suggestions on somewhere I kcan pick up a bulk of avatars???

You may find a site which provides free avatar images with a search of google, but sorry, off the top of my head I can not currently think of a good place to download board avatars.
