How do I upload files to my forum???

This is bugging the hell out of me. Where in the ACP do I go to upload files. Such as skins, add-ons etc. Where is this?

There is no place in the ACP for that.
You are supposed to use the same FTP program you used to upload the phpBB installer.

I'm not the founder. I'm an admin and I have full access of the ACp. If that helps

No.
You would need FTP access to your website's files. You cannot upload files through the forum admin control panel.

I am founder of the forums. The founder made me a founder too. So where do I go to alter this stuff?

You would go to the person that installed the forum and ask them how they uploaded the phpBB installer.

Why doesn't phpbb make this simple. This is to odamn complicated and I have no idea what to do...

You need to have direct access to the server to access to upload files.
PhpBB is the Simplest!.
