Giving mod powers?

Im pretty new to phpbb3 and have a forum with 100+ members.
How do I give a mod of mine the ability to delete or move posts??

Im still having trouble giving my mods the "Quick-mod tools" option so that they can delete, edit or move posts...

Have you set their settings to "Full Moderator" or what?.
