Emails sent through the board going to the wrong people

Hi!

I have been noticing that when some people send Emails (through the board), that they end up at the wrong Email address. I was noticing this because I get at least 2 of these mails a week. Now a user has asked me to delete her, because she keeps getting mails for other people and it annoys her. So obviously others are getting these mails too.

I must have a wrong setting somewhere, but I'm not sure where to look for it. I would be very grateful for some help! (PhpBB 3.0.4.)

Thanks! But they should be able to send emails through the board. However, the emails should go to the right person, and not to just anyone!

Person A clicks on "send mail to" Person B. Person C receives this mail. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't.

I am not sure how this can happen.

Are you sure the emails are being sent from your board? It may be a spammer spoofing the board email address. Check the email header.
