im sorry but processing of phpbb 3.1 is very slow. about 2 or 3 years developers working on 3.1.
one of the developers told me the 3.1-alpha release on may 2012 but we are in 2013...
there is 20 Patch Awaiting Review in phpbb tracker about months.
vbulletin 5 released. but we are still in 3.x.x
i think its better phpbb hire more developer to improve speed of phpbb processing. ( 19 people working on the vbulletin projects (developer) )
in this moment i think my Grandsons cant see phpbb 4.
