idea for hack

this might benifit other people to, but if when you signed up it had a drop down menu saying for example, which of these best discribes you on my site for example it would say promotor, band member, general user then when the user submits there registration they are automattically but into a group in which they have selected from this drop down list

just refering to phpbbhacks.com so i just call them hacks because im used to that site :lol: :oops:

If you want to request a mod, do it for 2.0.x on the main board..if you want to request a (less specific) feature such as choosing what usergroup you are in, first check very thoroughly that it's not already planned and if it's not then use the tracker.
