I know you're going to htink this is crazy, but I have absolutely no idea whether or not I did. It didn't seem like a big deal one way or another, though. (And I like my fix better than I would like disabling the "feature").

Heh no we all get busy so it's easy to forget.
IMHO, this sounds like a bug because it's an odd behaviour so please file a bug report. Let the devs decide if this is right or not.

Ok, I'll try to get that done later tonight (although it will upset the people in the bug is less topic
).

That's a duplicate report… it's been reported about a month back.

Figures. And let me ask: was the prior report mine, making it doubly embarrassing?

I don't know who's report it was… we'll see if the outcome is any different this time… but I doubt it will be.

I got word that the bug is 'already fixed'. But I just downloaded the April 5 version from CVS and it seems to me like it still does it. If you agree, you may want to say so here: http://www.phpbb.com/bugs/phpbb3/ticket ... et_id=9624

Would some of you mind reading the comments at the bug link here: http://www.phpbb.com/bugs/phpbb3/ticket ... et_id=9624
I hate to waste Acyd's time and I really want to make sure that I am right about there being a bug, but Acyd keeps saying there is no bug. Am I explaining myself well enough there? Or am I missing a point he is making?
