I know you're going to htink this is crazy, but I have absolutely no idea whether or not I did. It didn't seem like a big deal one way or another, though. (And I like my fix better than I would like disabling the "feature").

Heh no we all get busy so it's easy to forget. :)

IMHO, this sounds like a bug because it's an odd behaviour so please file a bug report. Let the devs decide if this is right or not. :)

Ok, I'll try to get that done later tonight (although it will upset the people in the bug is less topic ;) ).

That's a duplicate report… it's been reported about a month back.

Figures. And let me ask: was the prior report mine, making it doubly embarrassing?

I don't know who's report it was… we'll see if the outcome is any different this time… but I doubt it will be.

I got word that the bug is 'already fixed'. But I just downloaded the April 5 version from CVS and it seems to me like it still does it. If you agree, you may want to say so here: http://www.phpbb.com/bugs/phpbb3/ticket ... et_id=9624

Would some of you mind reading the comments at the bug link here: http://www.phpbb.com/bugs/phpbb3/ticket ... et_id=9624

I hate to waste Acyd's time and I really want to make sure that I am right about there being a bug, but Acyd keeps saying there is no bug. Am I explaining myself well enough there? Or am I missing a point he is making?
