In 2.0 I click on one of the quick tool icons and I am done. In 2.2 I have to 1) click on the flash
2) click & select the correct item from the drop down menu
3) then I have to click on Go.
My suggestion would be to either forward automatically to the option you have selected (without the need to click on "go"; problem: if you accidentally select the wrong item - which might happen with the greater number of options-, you have to go back manually) and/or to keep the 4 most important options (additionally) as icons, so that you can access them faster.
