More "grades"
Could be nice if the admin can add more grades, i mean like admin and moderators and super moderators, there color are different from normal users.

Browsing the milestone list, previous posts, or the feature request list could probably have answered this, depending on how you interpret what's written. 
Anyway, you can already create new groups and assign them colors. In conjunction with the new powerul permissions system, you can even give these new "grades" as you call them some extra power or something.

It's there already, and has been so for a good while if you had just gone through the various topics posted by the team regarding development,

The colours for these groups, will there be any support for themes with them? If a group has a white name then it would work fine on dark boards but not so fine on light ones.
Would it be possible to give (wherever the colour is chosen) a list of themes and a colour for each one?
