Looks like Meik is working on a fix right now, I'll let you know what method he decided to use.

Actually, yes.

This has happened to me a couple of times on this forum (Maybe I'm not used to the small layout changes yet?), but I didn't have time to go back and delete my post this time. See, after I had hit sumbit, I realized that there were a couple extra pages I hadn't noticed. Interestingly enough, if the topic had ended when I thought it did, I would have been posting exactly where you told him he shouldn't have gone live.

Why should we stop worrying about bugs now? is it better to worry about bugs when the software is released, or in Beta stage?
I think this post was a bit short sighted, wouldn't you agree?

To be fair, I wasn't questioning whether it should have been reported as a bug or not. From just my "page one" knowledge I was more talking about the way he seemed to be asking for help fixing the problem on his live board.

So, yes...it most definitely was short-sighted. About a page and a half short.

Sorry for the mistake fellas. Continue discussing.

The way it's going to be handled is: Pruning itself doesn't lower the post counts, but resyncing post counts will only (that's the point of this tool) take existing posts into consideration.

While deleting posts will still lower the pc, is it right?
It seems good to me, even though you get some "inconsistency" when resyncing, which should be explained (maybe also a confirm page?).
