YAY!!!!!!
So does that mean Area51 is now beta3? They desperately needed to release beta3, now that I do lots of bug report lerking, it did seem that most of the Beta2 bugs were irrelevant and you HAD to have the CVS to submit good bugs (not entirely true but many bugs submitted were already fixed or behaved different on the CVS).
I can't imagine that there would be a beta 4, most proper bugs submitted are using the CVS anyway and they have started drying up. So most people have been pretty much using beta 3 isn't that right?

Presumably this is why Area51 was down for most of the day recently -- code upgrade.
You can never go home again... but I guess you can shop there.

There is nothing "new" with the exception that the back end is fully UTF-8 compliant. Other then that its all been bug fixes.
