Though, it is not a bug, but it is a minor change of the way the header works, so it automatically includes header_*.php files in the includes folder, kinda like the way the permissions automatically includes files named permissions_*.php files

Well I personally think a flamethrower would be faster, but I think the Devs would like some for the bugs

No, its not a bug, its more of a feature request and suggestion.
Well, that could be a bug...but they might have made it that way on purpose to keep the layout...
But I think hardcodding the dimensions of the avatar in the style isn't a good idea.
