Bug is more now more than when it was less earlier, but less then when it could be more anyways.
But it is less now than it was a few hours ago when it was more, but it was still less at that time than when it was a lot more.
More bugs will mean more work for the developers who will make less work for is if we report more bugs, and it will mean a product with less bugs as long as we work to report more bugs, which is a lot better than if we worked less to report more bugs, which would end up being a lot more bugs in the product.
I make less sense the more I write.
