I went to see into the Bug Tracker, but (sorry) I cannot see how many bugs are there...

Just look at the bottom of the page. It says how many are in that section.

When you chose phpbb 3.0.x category, you may find at the bottom of page something like this: 72 tickets • Page: 1 of 3. It means that 72 bugs are on open tickets that fill 3 pages (25 bugs per page).
