phpbb is the the only real open source forum software. I feel like others are just made because they got bored of phpbb(because its all over the web,and wanted something new)

Infact, I'm going to work on some MOD's to add even more permission control.

What someone should do is make a mod so that groups and ranks can be tied together...like if they get 1000 posts or something they could go to a new group automatically which has less restrictions(or is this possible and I missed it?).
