Hey all....

I dl a cvs snapshot pack...all was well till i got to the install, well the steps went ok...i then clicked login and it came up with this:

template->_tpl_load(): File does not exist or is empty

Please just a little reply so i can get it too work im so close to!

Delete all files out of your cache directory (but .htaccess), this could help.

Thanks for the help....But nothing has changed.....I understand the board is under development so bugs are gona be present!

Everything ran ok, up untill the part of the installation where it asks u to login then that error appeared!

Are you just testing the 2.2 release, or planning on using it for an actual forum?

If former, then play around a bit or live with it... I had muchos pain getting it to work, heh.
If latter, might I suggest 2.0.6...

Or do what I plan to do:

Have the stable forum where you can chat and a developmental forum with a disclaimer saying that it's a beta 8)

I wish to get the 2.2 up and running so i can see what its gona be like (pictures dont have the same edge as the actual thing) and i wont to judge whether or not i wish to carry on using phpbb(which i like using) in the future for when i give my clan a makeover!

Please see my post in Chit Chat regarding my site, which I have setup a phpBB 2.2 forum (CVS Tue 26th) and setup a full admin account for public use so that some of the pressure for help to setup 2.2 boards and try out the full features can be revelaed from the group itself.

It means that one of your html files is corrupt or missing.

Gah.....i deleted all of my work and reinstalled it all! Once again i get that error, bah humbug!
