Word Censor MOD

Ok, So i got gutsy enough to try and create the MOD i've been thinking of. The MOD would be something that once installed it would add just about every curse word in english, l33t, and any substitutes. But i can't seem to figure out where these words are stored (which DB section, files, etc...). Could someone just point me in the right direction as far as that? Also does anyone know of a "curse word database" that would have a list of words that i could use instead of me thinking of 'em and then typing them out...? thanks.
