Install problem

Wondering why that MOD you have won't install correctly? Let's take a look
Forum rules
DO NOT give out any FTP passwords to anyone! There is no reason to do so! If you need help badly enough, create a temporary FTP account that is restricted to only the files that you need help with and give the information for that. Giving out FTP information can be very dangerous!

Install problem

Post by msmith7735 »

I've got a problem installing FIND 1.0.3 from Netclectic
Critical Error

Could not open [./mods/find_input/processed/includes/constants.php.txt] for writing.
MOD script line #141
Netclectic suggested I come here for answers.

There is no txt file in that directory.

Any ideas?

Mike

Is this the last step of installation? If so, it's probably a conflict between your write/copy settings and you. If you have it set to manual or download or script or something similar, and you don't do you job, then you'll probably get that error. If not, we need more info. ;)

I'm set for :

reading/writing - server
moving - automated FTP

It's step 2 (ie, the next screen after hitting 'process'.
