A problem while installation

Hello,
i'm got a problem while installing EM on my forum. I've launched install file (http://www.dxalpha.com/forum/admin/mods ... nstall.php" target="_blank), answered that i got full FTP access, then i typed login/pass to my FTP, then, it asked for a mod password - this is okay, but after it showed me this:

Step 2 (of 5): EasyMOD is now confirming your file access settings.

1) Logged in successfully
2) CD to EasyMOD path successfully
3) wrote to phpBB root successfully
Write access method confirmed!
The modified files will be written to a buffer and then FTP'd into place.

Move access method confirmed!
The core phpBB files will automatically be replaced by modified files via FTP.

There were two buttons - "Install EM" and "Rescan". I pushed "install" and my my IE said that the page is current unavaible, so did my Mozilla, to be exact, it even didn't reach to that button.
I still don't see any changes to my forum. Nothing new in my admin panel. What happened? What did i do wrong? Help me, please
