Where do I change it so I can send it to a specific location?

I have another problem. When I go to look at the FAQ, IE says there's an error and the text is all mumbo jumbo. Anywhere else I can get the FAQ?

I'm STILL having problems. I put in the ftp.blah.blah(replace blah with my host) and it still wouldn't connect. *Starts to panic*

It also can't find the tmp path write. Whatever that does :\
