I'm sure you meant well but there was really no need for you to say the same thing in 3 locations (here, the ticket, and the pull request).
As per coding guidelines, developers and code contributors only need to worry about the default language pack. Other languages are the responsibility of the language maintainers. There is already a process in place for them to be notified of changes and it is up to them to monitor for these changes and implement those themselves.
I'll copy this to the pull request so it isn't lost for future contributors on github.
