The old BBCODE editor feels very outdated. I think a WYSIWYG editor should be integrated into phpbb 3.2 before the final release. Vote for the Jira. I am using a WYSIWYG SCEDITOR extension in my forum, which is running 3.2 RC1, so it shouldn't be that hard to integrate. We should be focusing on years to come, not years past.

A search would have found at least another 14 topics on this board alone about a WYSIWYG editor in phpBB - the main one being viewtopic.php?f=126&t=35703
