I agree with that. Plus, maybe we should place the arrow that points to the quoted post, next to the date and not after "wrote:"?

It is better to remove the arrow, and make a link all the text "wrote:".
The arrow is small, and I even a PC with a mouse when you press experience difficulties.
On mobile touch devices hit this link - an impossible task.
Sorry for my English.

Having the link on "wrote" would be a little confusing. The user and the wrote would be all links and you cant be sure if they are independent links or its just one. I guess the "full post" suggestion by @kinerity makes the best sense :)

I think there's already too much text everywhere. The arrow could use a title, but I wouldn't use the full string in the quote. A simple arrow is consistent with what other forums do: http://imgur.com/a/bY24x

Hi,
this new quotes are great, but I have some questions about it.

1. It is possible, to make the username coloured (with colour of the group, he belong). In realese version, by extension, or by changes in template (I'm trying to write style, and I I really wanna this) - to not change core files by my own.

2. It is possible to add quoted username avatar (by extensions, or template changes) right now, or will be it possible in the future?

Both are possible if you write an extension for it.

The user_id is already present so you should be able to use the core.viewtopic_modify_post_row event to add that additional information through an extension. Sounds very cluttered though and I doubt that would ever be a default feature.
