^There is and I'm almost ready to make a patch for it. Everything will fit in with the files that are already there and no new files are needed :D

[RFC|Duplicate] Add User Topic Count

Post by Hardolaf »

While submitting a pull request for PHPBB3-10533 Include Topic count on view profile & search for topic, it was suggested that I submit a RFC for full integration of topic count in the same way that post count is currently implemented. I feel that this is a good idea as the feature should not be limited to only one page. It would replace the current, unsupported mod that was reference in the ticket NV usertopics.

I just checked the 3.1 and 3.2 RFCs & Patches forums and I was unable to find it. There are a couple RFCs to add last topic to the forum display on the main page.

Sorry, I must have gone through too quickly.

Edit: That is only for view profile page. This is a suggestion for putting it in all of the same places as the post count is located similar to how the NV usertopics mod works.

Ahhh yes, we may as well put that in the other RFC as well since it the same thing, just different locations

Yes I made it, see http://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/view-install/id_55114 for install.

I think we could fully integrate that MOD into the core, but the edit for the memberlist:

I think I'd prefer a second column over the solution I chose for my MOD.

I agree with adding a separate Topics column instead of putting posts and topics in the same column.
I do custom MODs. PM for a quote!

+1

But., that would also require adding Topics as a sort option in the memberlist.
