Re: phpBB 2.9.x
Evidence contained within the CVS points towards Olympus getting close to an end point: Much of the commits are specifically related to 'tidying up' the code anyway, with the list of new features rapidly declining. Mabey...but they were saying that it was almost finished back in Aug '04. ;) How abo...

Re: Question for modded 2.0 board owners
I am using a Pre-MODDed phpBB with 100+ MODs installed. I guess the only way to upgrade is to use a tool to uninstall all the MODs, until it's a vanilla phpBB, upgrade to phpBB3, then decide what to do. :D And if you are using a Pre-MODDed phpBB and there is no such tool, you had better suggest one...

Re: Anyone using Olympus live?
Please remember this: phpBB 2.0.x has been exploited numerous times, and it is a final product (Minus bug fixes). Think of how many exploits, and serious ones too, could be done on a dev of this? (NOTE: This is not an attack on phpBB. The same applies to Windows, Firefox, etc.) Ya, it would be easy...

Re: Anyone using Olympus live?
I would use it live...but I keep getting one database error when I try to access the subscriptions page in the UCP...and I can't figure out what is going on(I am not the best at php yet)... Trust me, there are about 10,000 errors I'm in the process of fixing. Don't feel bad. Lol, probably true...I ...

Re: Something to think about...
Sorry, but how about asking Google (or your preferred SearchEngine) about it? Gives very good results and explanations... Oh, ya...never really thought of that...and to think I tell other people to check google first...but never do it myself. http://members.cox.net/usa-cleaners/page3/whacky40.gif
