Some question, if a cronjobs has to start at midnight and interval 1 day it will always run after midnight every day. So the timestamp for last_gc is strtotime("midnight", time()) What I see is sometimes the jobs starts already at 23:04 the same day, so I'm thinking the user who triggered ...

Using RC4 and altering cookie settings gives an error in admin log because log data is empty.
Same for server load.
Seems $row['log_data'] isn't empty but contains s:0:"";
