Re: [RFC] Send Emails to banned or inactive accounts
Currently the system is setup to allow users to send emails to anyone who has an email address listed in their profile (including banned and deactivated accounts). I believe this should be changed so that permanently banned and administrator deactivated users cannot receive emails from anyone but a...

[RFC|Rejected] Add New Post to postrow array
I am working on a new forum and wanted to style the first post differently in the theme. Sadly, there is no way I can use <!-- IF postrow.S_FIRST_POST --> , the solution I did was add this line of code to viewtopic.php before 'POST_AUTHOR_FULL' put 'S_FIRST_POST' => $topic_data['topic_first_post_id'...

Re: [RFC] New topic button on viewtopic
phpBB 3's subsilver2 style does have both buttons. I wasn't sure so I checked it and it sure does. Still, this is a -1 from me, I think the additional button is just clutter and think it's easy enough to navigate to the forum you want to make a new topic in and make the topic, can't get any simpler ...

Re: [RFC] New topic button on viewtopic
It's a -1 from me as well. It's really not that hard to add the button in if you really want it, someone could make a really simple mod for this if they wanted, but would be confusing. You'd be surprised how many people use the post reply button rather than Quick reply from what I've seen on board I...

Re: [RFC] Improved AntiSpam Countermeasures by default
Also, please note that submitting a network address to a third party might not be legal in some juristications. Even worse for passing full posts. Can you explain how that is the case? Some countries have laws that would make it illegal for "private information" be passed to a third party...

Re: Index Announcement Feed
I would like to somehow increase the prominence of announcements (specifically global announcements) in some way. However, what you're describing is more of a way to showcase quick blurbs, rather than the actual announcement posts, unless I'm misunderstanding you. Perhaps implementing a way to add ...

Re: [RFC|Merged] Rounded corners via css
While I don't think you should support IE6, since market share for it is really really low, I think it's still important to support IE7, 8, 9 and 10. If you don't, you're just gonna make people mad. And since phpBB isn't just developing for the "developers community" (who usually run laste...
