Update: Despite al-Qaeda's best efforts, London's transportation is already returning to normal. The Underground Tube system is still closed, but replacement bus services are now running and Zone 1's bus services have been restored. 33 people have so far been confirmed dead with just under 400 injur...

Arab sources claim al-Qaeda was involved... doesn't really seem like their style, but perhaps this was the best they could do amist tight security?

Just to clarify here, each user (or group of users) can be granted specific privileges irregardless of his (or their) 'user level'.

But is 3.2 going to take 4 years? In which case many users have weak passwords for bots to crack over the 4 years it will take. And whose fault is that...? If you can't remember an alphanumeric password of reasonable length, then should you really be posting your opinion on a public bulletin board?...

Their prediction changes each second because more data arrives each second. It would be entirely inaccurate if it maintained that the download would be complete in seven seconds for twenty minutes.
