Considering copyright (from the year started) last for at least 50 years, and up to 70 years after the author's _death_, even phpBB1.x.x will remain copyrighted well into the 22nd century. Ah, hadn't seen that. It's strange that a bug with high severity still hasn't been fixed.

I feel we should count the two Fix In Progress that have been there for ages as Review Later. Same goes for two of the Reviewed bugs, #9855 and #9589, since they have both been there over a month.

It would make the counting nicer, since I don't think these will get done before RC1.
