How about we just get rid of the whole "you", "your", "my", "his", "her", "it's", etc. and just use "Topics posted in" (variation of what Steve said). I don't see why should we. Possessive adjectives are important. If you prefer ...

Displaying the list of Quick Links while hovering would be good, in my opinion. One of the few times in wich hover effect is called for.
