Maybe an option saying 'Would you like to Auto-Login After Registration'?

I personally don't like the idea of basing phpBB 4 on Symphony, even if it does get more developers in, it will kick out a fair number of the old MOD and Style Developers.

I think basing it on a framework made by phpBB would suit it better.

It would be good for this mode here to become a common feature, so when a user registers, instead of redirecting them to the index and making them have to login, they automaticlly are logged in.

I think it would be a good idea to extend the phpBB system to include things like facebook, google, yahoo ect., as well as OpenID.
