Re: Reconsider template info

I'm not saying the concept of a table is wrong, I'm saying the information displayed in the table isn't always useful. Re: Reputation | may I suggest to make it built-in with phpB

Reputation systems do have issues, mainly with abusing and complaints to forum admins about -rep. If this was thought about I think it would more likely and a better system be a thanks for posts system, where you can thank a user's posts and it says how many times that user has been thanked and how...

Re: Reconsider template info

The point I'm trying to make is: templates in forums (phpBB or other) are generally always the same. Yes, other colors, wider or narrower templates, rounded corners or not, some shifting with the exact location of blocks, but that's about it. Basically it's all just a table with forum titles and so...

Re: [RFC] AJAX via jQuery / jQuery UI

what makes you think that phpBB4 will not have it in the future (it's in the future cos phpBB4 is still centuries away :D )

as there are several topics in the 3.2 and 3.1 line about AJAX.. So my guess would be it shall have AJAX or a newer thing like it..

Re: [RFC] Symfony 2

I don't know how these things work so sorry for a nooby question :P If I have some website application already using Symphony and I am to install phpBB (with symphony), does it installs symphony again, or does it detect that I am already using Symphony and just adds the modules that phpBB needs to m...
