I actually agree with you - make it an ACP selection as I wrote. Each forum has different goals.

How to update 3.1.b1 to 3.1.b3?
Do I upload all files in install directoy to that one,
and than manually overwrite all files in the vendors directory?
(using automatic update option).
Also, how do I migrate 3.0.11 forum to new beta3 (want to test prior to actuall upgrade when final releases)
