Well I registered on the CVS Mailinglist because I can't wait until there are changes in the source. But I don't try to download every new version . But if I see any changes on Olympus I'm always getting happy again because I know the project is still active

And I rather like to wait for the phpBB Group to finish their Olympus because then I can be sure that I get some quality on my webspace account

I found that message on the german board today as well. Ok a friend showed me. I think this is more or less a bit pointless. Even if they finish before the phpBB group I think the project will die when phpBB brings out Olympus.

This is just my opinion.

Just wondering would it be possabe for people to create crappy fully modded versions of phpBB3 (such as phpbbfm), as i think that this may ruin phpBBs excellent reputation by didtrubting a modded version, with tones of bugs in, by people that claim the software is their own/better (and somtimes ...

I don't say that I think that this is really bad. I was just wondering and I am understanding that the board is still under development because I'm waiting for the beta as well :-p. But ok I can wait for it because I've got other things to do in the mean time

Well I tried to use the link "delete all board cookies" as I always did before.

I thought of that but when I wanted to delete the cookies it didn't work for me. Well just wait and see.

It is like Knights of the old republik 2. When the devs get or set a release date, they will try to stick to that and features or other things will be left out.

I would prefer a tick list as well, but I rather wait for a good product some months longer than get a buggy product which won't work in ...

I don't think there will be supported way of upgrading the CVS to the final.

The only way I could think of would be, doing all the mysql and php changes manually.
