May I suggest, maybe, a "Set these permissions as the default for new forums" button? It would make things a lot quicker. Right now I am kind of concerned with this needing to set permissions. No, it was a background image of the page, defined in CSS. Easily removed or changed by changing the body definiton in CSS.
