Re: CVS Snapshots: wrong MIME-Type

I'm not saying it isn't; however, the mime-type specifies it as a tar/tgz file, and the filetype is usually determined by the last extension in the filename; therefore, *.tar != *.gz. But *.tgz == (*.tar += *.gz). Besides, ignoring the whole firebird bug and whatnot, isn't a single-extension file ea...

Re: Support for RDF / XML output

RDF pretty much equals RSS, but they both use XML to work. XML = eXtensible Markup Language.

Re: CVS Snapshots: wrong MIME-Type

The folks at the FB forums say the same about our files, and I think they are right; the snapshot file is incorrectly named *.tar.gz. Granted, it is a bug in FB that adds the extra .tar.
But if the file were a *.tgz, all problems will be solved ;)

Re: Quick question about Jabber

I'm pretty darn sure my account info is right... :? Might the fact that my webhost is (unfortunatley) on the spamhaus list as being a spammer (WAS, way before I got a host there...) mess stuff up? Not sure if Jabber uses blacklists or not... About the avatar...no more Array, but now it won't apply t...

CVS Snapshots: wrong MIME-Type

Since Firebird is especially picky with MIME types, it thinks the CVS Snapshots are of type application/x-tar, so when downloading it it asks me to save it as *.tar.gz.tar. Now, since x-tar covers both *.tar and *.tgz, wouldn't it make sense to name it *.tgz instead of *tar.gz?

Re: Quick question about Jabber

The server is myjabber.net; and I am logged into it currently. I have tried doing the jabber setup when I was both logged out and logged into it in trillian pro 2, no luck in either situation. My avatar is broken because I moved servers, and it's not fixed because changing my avatar in the preferenc...

[edit]
Guess not, I still get a can't authorise error when I click submit when I have Jabber as disabled, and a "An error occured trying to register this account, 3" error when I have it set to enabled.

Quick question about Jabber

When I reinstalled my 2.1 forum today I took note that my server doesn't have mhash support... Do the Jabber functions require mhash? I looked through the functions_jabber.php file and it looks as though it does...although those @'s might prove me wrong... When setting up Jabber in the admin panel I...
